My research aims to contribute to both the theoretical understanding and practical application of intercultural communication within organizational settings, by identifying the mechanisms through which cultural differences impact organizing processes.

I work as a Program Assistant for CARP, and my tasks involve implementing the communication strategy to ensure we disseminate the work we do.
