Elham Chelabi's research interests revolve around the intersections of internationalization, higher education, international development, and forced migration. She serves as a Graduate Associate within the Climate Adaptation Research Program (CARP). In this capacity, she contributes her expertise and insights towards advancing higher education partnerships. Elham Chelabi holds a Master of Arts degree in International Education from the George Washington University. Her academic journey also includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language from Teachers' Training College (ENS-B), Algeria. These educational experiences have equipped her with a diverse perspective and a robust skill set for tackling complex issues in international higher education.
